Is this a chew toy for aggressive chewers?

No. This herding ball is designed for pushing, chasing, rolling and supervised interactive play. It is not an indestructible chew toy and is not intended for aggressive chewing or unsupervised biting. Encourage your dog to play it rather than chew.

How do dogs usually play with this ball?

Most dogs play by pushing it with their nose, chest or paws, chasing it as it rolls, circling around it, or briefly grabbing the straps to redirect it. This style of play is especially engaging for herding and working breeds.

Where can I use this herding ball?

It works best in open outdoor spaces such as backyards, grass fields, farms, pastures and dog parks. For safety and better product life, avoid sharp rocks, rough concrete, thorny ground or areas with objects that may puncture or damage the ball.

Do I need to supervise my dog during play?

Yes. Supervision is recommended, especially for strong, excited or mouthy dogs. This toy is made for interactive pushing, chasing and guided play. Please remove the toy if the cover, straps or fastener become damaged.

Why does the cover feel loose after I first put the ball inside?

The cover may look loose before the ball is fully inflated. Continue inflating slowly until the inner ball supports the cover and the surface becomes smoother. Do not overinflate. A properly inflated ball is firm with mild flexibility.
